I love this book. This is one of the best books I ever read on the Chakras. She explains things so well. I read many books on the Chakras, I truly felt this book stood out and another treasure where you will reread again. I highly recommend it and her other book astral travel. Both are excellent and full of helpful knowledge, direct and straightforward. Love her exercises as well.

Kimberly Moon has done it again with this book on Chakras and more! She has such a great way with words that flow on the page made easy to comprehend! No fluff, just direct and leaving you to want more. I have many books on this topic and non are as direct and easy to follow and understand. My background is of Tai Chi and Qigong with trainings in Yoga, Meditation and Sound Healing. I love that its condensed and not in a huge book. Its like a bible to me. Also consider Astral Projection. Looking forward to more of Kimberly Moons books!
