- Please don't rely on the information in this book for accuracy. Don't waste you time, money or ingredients and supplies on the recipes in this book! Errors in everything from formatting and grammar to basic one recipe calls for 4 cups of cucumbers when it should be pounds! Huge difference! What a waste!

- This book was super helpful. Bought it as a gift for my family who lives in mexico and they absolutely loved it, very easy to follow and lets them save their food for months.
- Disappointing transition from e-book to paperback.
The recipes look good (although with some non-standard abbreviations and occasional typos), but this is clearly an ebook sent straight to the printing press. For example, there are pages and pages of canning equipment with "click to view on " printed next to each black and white photo (several of them printed as mirror images), blank pages, etc.
