- I have been researching workplace investigative practices and techniques over the past three months. I sourced many on-line documents, my local information base and my own resource base of 37 years in order to develop a comprehensive in-house investigative program for frontline Officers in my company.
Having studied the information in this book by Lisa Guerin, J.D., I have found that she has put together a very informative, well thought-out and comprehensive 'Guide' that triggers in the reader, who has a foundation and or experience in workplace investigation, different and useful methodologies that enable useful insights to assist in understanding another's view on the topic.
It is essentially a guide, and a good one at that...but it allows you to choose you own paths to a successful structuring of a workplace investigative system.
